Deletes the shader with the given id.
sbo - [Unsigned Integer]
The id of the shader program this is effecting. The id was provided by getSBOId.
This allows for shaders to be 'deleted' once they are longer needed. The shader is set to null which prevents it from being used and will be fully deleted by garbage collection. The id of the shader will then be available to be used again for new shaders.
